With financial support from UK (DFID) through Plan International Cambodia , allowed Sovann Phoum Organization to have fully implementation project called "" Empowering Family for Education Project" .This project help the poorest family to improve family's livelihood through small business , and project also support their children who are slow learners with scholarship and peer to peer learning club and foundation class at grade 7.
